We have prepared a 3-week program for anyone who wants to better understand themselves and learn how to cope with stress in the intensity of daily life. During this journey, we will move from understanding what stress is to recognizing its effects and developing effective coping strategies together.

📅 Program Schedule

May 3 – Saturday (12.00 – 14.30)

Week 1 – What is Stress?
The definition, sources, and individual experiences of stress will be explored. Participants will work on recognizing their personal stress triggers.


May 10 – Saturday (12.00 – 14.30)

Week 2 – Effects of Stress: Body, Thoughts and Behavior
The physical, mental, and behavioral effects of stress will be examined while helping participants understand their own reactions.


May 17 – Saturday (12.00 – 14.30)

Week 3 – Stress Management Techniques and Strategies
Practical stress management techniques will be shared and participants will develop coping strategies suitable for their own daily lives.

👩‍🏫 About the Trainer

Gamze Şahin Günay works in the field of human resources as an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist.

Her work focuses on stress, effective communication, psychological resilience, well-being, and leadership.

In her workshops, she uses psychodrama techniques to help participants better understand themselves, express their emotions, and discover their own paths.

She values creating a safe environment where participants are active, learn through experience, and feel comfortable.

Because sometimes change simply begins by seeing yourself from a different perspective.
