Would you like to strengthen the relationship you have with yourself, increase your emotional awareness, and enhance your psychological resilience?

As Yücel Cultural Foundation Project Development Club, we are launching a new online event series: Psychological Empowerment Workshops, designed to strengthen one’s relationship with oneself, enhance emotional awareness, and support psychological resilience.

This workshop series aims to provide a safe space to explore the emotions, inner voice, and life experiences that we often overlook in the pace of daily life. Together with expert facilitators, we approach psychological empowerment from a holistic, accessible perspective that connects directly to everyday life.

Throughout this process, participants will not only gain knowledge but also have the opportunity to observe themselves, make meaning of their experiences, and develop new coping strategies.

🧠 About the Workshop Series

The Psychological Empowerment Workshops aim to create a safe space for exploring our emotions, inner voice, and the marks our experiences leave on us. In each session, psychological empowerment is addressed through a holistic, accessible perspective that resonates with everyday life.

    Connecting with and Coping with the Inner Critic
    → Recognizing our inner voice, identifying critical language, and developing a more compassionate inner dialogue
  • March 7 – Berra Duru
    The Relational Roles of Emotions and Maladaptive Coping Strategies
    → The function of emotions in relationships, coping with challenging emotions, and awareness practices
  • March 14 – Berra Duru
    Trauma Is an Event; the Response Becomes Part of Identity
    A Solution-Focused Perspective on Self-Concept Shaped Around Trauma
    → Responses to traumatic experiences, identity perception, and an empowerment-oriented perspective
