Psychological Resilience and Communication Workshop  as part of the Motherhood Is Not a Barrier Project, a workshop is being organized for women who want to cope with workplace challenges during pregnancy and strengthen their psychological resilience.

How can you deal with communication problems at work during pregnancy? What can you do when your boundaries are violated? How can you create a safer and more supportive space for yourself?

In this workshop, we will talk about the importance of effective communication in the workplace, share experiences, and create a space for learning together.

🌿 About the Workshop

This workshop focuses on understanding communication challenges experienced during pregnancy in professional life, developing safer and more conscious ways of responding to boundary violations, and strengthening psychological resilience.

Participants will come together in a learning environment where they can both share experiences and reflect collectively on how to create safer and more supportive spaces in the workplace.

🎤 Guest Trainer

Psychologist Ezgi Kılıç

Ezgi Kılıç graduated from the Department of Psychology at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University in 2024. Since 2023, she has been designing and facilitating trainings and workshops in the field of non-formal education, especially using experiential learning techniques for psychology students and communities.

She also conducts social skills-based workshops for gifted children aged 4–12. She currently works in a psychiatry clinic and aims to advance in the field of Clinical Psychology.

She continues to develop herself within the psychoanalytic psychotherapy approach and actively takes part in the Women and Gender Unit of the Istanbul Branch of the Turkish Psychologists Association.
