Application Process

  • Event leaders are selected from Culture Hunters who have attended at least 10 events.
  • Applicants fill out the event leader application form.
  • The foundation selects candidate event leaders from the applications.

Training and Assignment

  • Event leaders receive emergency training provided by the foundation.
  • The foundation assigns an Event Leader to each event to ensure safety.

What is included in emergency training?

  • How to act in situations such as earthquakes or fires during an event
  • How to proceed if an event is canceled
  • What to do if a participant feels unwell, falls, or faints
  • How to respond to verbal harassment directed at the group

🧭 Duties and Responsibilities of the Event Leader

  1. Creates a WhatsApp group for participants attending the event.
  2. Adds the relevant foundation representative to each group.
  3. Gathers information about the event and shares it with participants.
  4. Collects tickets either from the foundation or the venue box office.
  5. Arrives at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
  6. Waits for participants while sharing live location and holding the foundation flag.
  7. Distributes tickets and ensures participant entry.
  8. Takes photos with participants where the event is visible.
  9. Collects ticket stubs for submission to the foundation’s accounting.
  10. Submits a standard event report, ticket stubs, and photos within three business days.
