The seating system of the multi-purpose performance center is movable and can be fully retracted when needed, allowing the venue to adapt to different usage scenarios. With a stage depth of 24 meters, the venue offers strong possibilities for performing arts, rehearsals, commercial shoots and TV series productions. The center offers a 110-vehicle parking area for event participants, production teams and guests. Technical features and usage advantages
Flexible seating system The 242-seat arrangement can be fully retracted when needed, allowing the venue to adapt to different performance, rehearsal, filming and workshop layouts.
Fresh-air-focused ventilation The heating and cooling system does not recirculate indoor air; fresh air taken from outside is heated or cooled and supplied indoors. The system capacity has been calculated for 400 people, taking stage performers into account as well.
Acoustic structure The venue is suitable for theatre productions and concerts. The reverberation time can be adjusted through acoustic curtains.
Fire safety The venue has three large and one small fire exit doors, as well as intervention equipment. These doors can also be used for audience, performer and set/decor access.
