Turkish Cusine Culture From Central Asia To Ottoman Empire (After Party: Akide Candy Show)

Here comes the YKV with a conference that is going to make your mouth water on the 8th of May! YKV and Turkish Cultural Foundation unit their forces together and show everybody that food isn't just for living but it is a spirit of a culture also! In her presentation, Banu Özden is going to share the researches that TCF is carrying out about the cuisine and food culture of Seljuk and Ottoman starting from the middle ages. Also, we have a present for our participants at the end of the conference! We are going to learn how sugar candy is made from the YESAM cooks in the kitchen of YESAM.
